Don't fret. They don't care, and every single note and experience leads to growth. If you never pushed through the wrong notes, you would have truly failed... however, even failure is impossible if you choose pick it back up ANY point in your life.
This journey does not end when you quit piano lessons as a kid, put down the flute, or drop the guitar. If you have a sound in your head, you can still create it.
